RECEPTION

Reception is located in A Building, and ABC is staffed 24 hours a day. Visitors should arrange their visit with their host in advance and register at reception when they arrive.

ACCESSIBILITY

There is step-free access throughout ABC, with accessible lifts serving all floors and a hearing loop available for guests who need it. We understand that busy surroundings can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly for neurodivergent visitors, so quiet spaces are also available. Please let your host or our reception team know if you would like to use one. If you have any access requirements, would like help planning your visit or need assistance while you are here, please contact reception on 07917 063 791. Our team will be happy to help. ABC is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Visits involving children or young people under 18 should be agreed with the host in advance, with appropriate safeguarding and supervision arrangements in place throughout the visit.

WCs

ABC provides a combination of toilet facilities. Toilets marked Male or Female are separate-sex facilities and should be used in accordance with their designated signage. Self-contained toilets marked WC are available for use by anyone, regardless of gender.

Accessible toilets are provided for people who require these facilities and must not be obstructed or used for storage.
 

TRAVELING TO ABC

Cycling: Bike storage is available for guests cycling to ABC; please speak to your host or reception team to arrange access.

Train: Deansgate railway station is approximately a five-minute walk away. National Rail tickets displaying Manchester CTLZ can also be used on Metrolink trams within Zone 1. Further information is available on the Transport for Greater Manchester website.

Car: We don’t have on-site guest parking, but the nearest public car park is NCP Manchester Spinningfields, New Quay Street, Manchester M3 3BE. The car park has designated accessible bays.
