ABC Projects: Crewing TV & Film Supper Club

Join ABC Projects for an informal Supper Club bringing together television and film professionals to discuss the realities of crewing productions in the North.

Rather than a traditional panel discussion, guests will share food and take part in a series of relaxed, hosted table conversations. Attendees will move between tables during the evening, giving them the opportunity to meet different panellists, ask questions and exchange experiences with other people working across the industry.

The discussion will explore how productions recruit their crews, what makes someone stand out, the challenges currently facing freelancers and how Northern-based crew can secure more opportunities on productions taking place in the region.

The event has been scheduled for a weekend to make it more accessible to freelance crew and those working on productions during the week.

A selection of light hot food will be served during the table conversations, together with a welcome drink.

Following the hosted discussions, attendees will be able to continue networking in ABC’s Club Lounge, where discounted drinks will be available.
