ABC has been designed, built and managed with a focus on sustainability. Key elements include the preservation of existing structures, use of energy-efficient systems and incorporation of sustainable materials. The project prioritises reducing waste, minimising environmental impact and promoting long-term efficiency, ensuring a responsible and eco-friendly approach across the whole of ABC.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

ABC’s design prioritised sustainability by preserving existing glazing, using sustainable timber for fit-outs, incorporating vintage or reused furniture, repurposing the original building structure, and upgrading to energy-efficient LED lighting.

We robustly evaluate our supplier’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
